west central Benton County in northwestern Arkansas...
Mayes County in northeastern Oklahoma...
southeastern Rogers County in northeastern Oklahoma...
Delaware County in northeastern Oklahoma...
northern Cherokee County in east central Oklahoma...
central Wagoner County in northeastern Oklahoma...
northwestern Adair County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* until 400 PM CDT Thursday

* at 322 PM CDT... Doppler radar and Oklahoma mesonet observations
indicated that between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain fell since
midnight last night across the warned area. The heavy rain has
caused many Road closures... especially in Mayes County where
several roads remain closed.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Broken Arrow... Tahlequah...
Siloam Springs... Wagoner...
Jay... Pryor...
Coweta... Pryor creek...
Gentry... Chouteau...
Inola... Decatur...
Locust Grove... Salina...
West Siloam Springs... Langley...
Colcord... Kansas...

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 259 and 270.

Flash flood, reported by law enforcement.


            Numerous roads flooded and closed throughout Mayes co.
            Including the intersection of 438 and 460 roads... a
            quarter mile of Hwy 28 west of 426 Rd... and 380 Rd
            between 427 and 429 roads. Time estimated by radar. Roads
            remained closed as of 3pm may 25 according to so.
