            Time estimated by radar. Spotter found ping pong Ball
            sized hail 45 minutes after it fell.

Tornado, reported by NWS storm survey.


            This tornado tracked intermittently for around 6 miles
            and lasting through 510 PM CDT. It touched down along the
            east edge of the Forest River Colony and passed just west
            of Inkster as it tracked to around 2 east northeast of
            Orr. The tornado was observed and reported by gfafb tower
            personnel around 508 PM. A few Oak trees were snapped in
            the Forest River valley while other large tree branches
            were broken down in shelter belts along its path. Peak
            winds estimated to 100 mph. Maximum width to 150

            Arvilla by 542 PM CDT. The Funnel cloud was visible for
            several more minutes and was viewed and photographed from
            Turtle River State Park... Larimore... Arvilla and from
            various locations along U.S. Highway 2. The tornado broke
            down large branches in shelter belts along its path. Peak
            winds estimated to 70 mph. Maximum width to 50 yards.

            south southeast for nearly 3 miles and lifted by 615 PM
            CDT. The tornado snapped numerous trees in shelterbelts
            and partially debarked others. Peak winds estimated to
            120 mph. Maximum width to 400 yards.
