Wednesday for elevations above 6000 feet...

The National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for elevations above 6000 feet for snow... which
is in effect from 3 am to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.

* Timing and main impact: periods of rain this evening will switch
to snow after midnight. Snow will diminish by late morning. Cold
and wet conditions will be hazardous for those unprepared in the
back country.

* Snow accumulations: one to three inches above 7000 feet... up to
an inch at lower elevations.

* Elevations: for elevations above 6000 feet.
