At 316 PM EDT... a strong thunderstorm was over Adele... or 10 miles
south of West Liberty... moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and dime size hail are possible with this
storm.

Salyersville... Mason... Brownlow... Hager... perlie... Bethanna... Cutuno...
Elsie... ballot... Holliday... Epson... Kernie... Sellars... Flat Fork... Burning
Fork... Cannel City... Conley... Bloomington... Stringtown and licksburg.

This includes Bert T. Combs mountain Parkway between mile markers 58
and 76.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm... which will
cause ponding of water on roadways. Localized flooding is also
possible. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
